“Our new vertical boiler was built in house and put into service September 2012. The internals of this boiler are identical to one we built for ‘Mary Ann’. It supplies steam to the Tangyes horizontal steam engine built in 1912. The flat belt driven workshop is still used daily, driven by an electric motor and usually steam driven each Thursday and for special occasions.” Please understand advanced bookings for any visits and tours are essential, so that you are not disappointed.
